you must get to Munich before going to Fussen. And it's quite far away between these cities, will take you much time of travelling.
Check out the train from Frankfurt Main Station to Munich Main Station, then get a train from Munich to Fussen.
By the way, Munich is worth a visit!

Berlin will take you 4-5 days usually, Frankfurt can be half day or not more than a day, Munich is worth around 4-5 days and 1 day for Fussen.

4th - go to Berlin

take the 07.47 train from airport to Fuessen ,if u land in FRA with CX.
one way 39 euro .www.db.de 6 hours journey
