A 君代付了 B君或公司款項, 請問MYOB 或其他軟件卡片用 A 君 還是 直接用回B君或代付的公司. 例如, A君代付了 PCCW 電話費.

You can use an account - Accounts Receivables or Sundry Debtors to record this expense paid on behalf of B in the books of A. This is not the telephone expenses incurred by A and the money could be recovered from B.
