It's not that they lost the rights, but more that they were not renewed by the parent company

False, Adult Swim had just lost all broadcasting rights to the series (along with Blood+) this January. They gain rights to the series in 2007.

True Adult swim did lose Clood Plus and Death note but not crayon shin-chan they just stopped showing it.
