係一間中環國際CITY FIRM 做 TEMP CONVEYANCING CLERK, $45/ HOUR, OT 過點有$50 MEAL ALLOWANCE, OT 都係照計$45/HOUR (遲D如果表現好會再加), 返9:00-6:00 , 5 DAY
2nd:
第二係保誠保險既 Admin Assistant - LIFE admin /underwriting (PERM), 人工9.5k,ANNUAL LEAVE 唔知係10日定12日, 13個月糧,有MEDICAL,返工係 5 day 的, 9-5:30, 返中環, ot有錢的(但唔知係點計, HR 同個LINE MANAGER 係度兜圈) ,因為之前做同一個DEPT 做TEMP PART TIME, 表現好想我轉PERM, 同埋佢咁岩有3-6個人走左,
其實話就話收5:30, 但好多時係收11:00/9:00, 最早都係7:00PM
如果係MONTH END時,星期六/日都要返
好多時OT錢/假都CLAIM唔足
據D FULLTIME 講, 你病時只要你仲落到床的話你都要返工, 如果唔係返工時就有說話聽
YEAR END 只放25號正日
階級觀念重
就公司CULTURE, 人事,ENVIRONMENT 來講, 我自己鍾意第一份多d
但係佢係一係一份TEMP同ON-GOING 的.
HR 都唔知會唔會轉PERM,OT 錢/假都CLAIM足
衰左如果個樓盤project 未開公司冇咁多嘢比我做時, 佢會直頭叫我放假個幾星期直到個樓盤project 開
我應唔應該為左份temp而推掉呢個perm的offer 呢? 發展前景誰較好>?? 因為1我都成27,28歲了. 之前係間小公司做左幾年admin ($11000/month x 12)
