i once brought my 2 wii controllers to my friend's house, but then we couldn't figure out which one is which, so i just randomly took 2 controllers back. But then when i wanted to play wii again, it didn't work. the sensor couldn't detect them..
Can i play wii with 2 random wii controllers or do i need at least 1 "home" controller that it came with when i first bought the wii. ?

if u open the wii slot at the front theres a red button and if u open the slot where the batterys go in the remot therw a little red button when the wiis on clik the 2 red buttons at the same time and u'l sync it in

Yes you can. All you have to do is aim the remotes at the Wii, press the sync button, then press the 1 and 2 button at the same time and the buttons will flash for a little bit.

you can use random wii remotes. open the flap that the SD card slot is in and press the red sync button.
