請問如何寫通告向供應商索取月結單

For settlement convenience, we would like to advise you that you have to send us your monthly statement of account on or before 10 of the following month. The statement should be sent to us by mail or to the address as noted or to our branches direct. We will only send you our cheque upon the receipt of your monthly statement.

為免延誤結算，夲公司現通知 貴公司每月之結單需於下月10號之前郵寄或送到某一地址或夲公司各分店，夲公司只會收到 貴公司之月結單後才開具支票清付。
