ok i did it with the two... superman became into quicker than a silver bullet...flash became into swifter to flash and take his clothing off...yet he acutally cared approximately my amusement. i admire flash!

Flash can run at the speed of light. Final Crisis probably has him run faster than that, but Superman can travel from Earth to the moon faster (since you can't run to the moon).
If it's based on pure speed though, I'd have to say Flash.
