whos faster superman or flash?

the flash because he has the speed force!

ok i did it with the two... superman became into quicker than a silver bullet...flash became into swifter to flash and take his clothing off...yet he acutally cared approximately my amusement. i admire flash!

Most of the Flash vs. Superman races have ended either in draws or with the Flash winning. This was true even when the Flash had been slowed down to four times the speed of sound during the early 1990s.

Flash: Rebirth #3 (2009) attempted to settle this once and for all. Superman caught up to the Flash while he was running from the Justice League and remarked that he had won some of their races. Stronger: Superman

Flash can run at the speed of light. Final Crisis probably has him run faster than that, but Superman can travel from Earth to the moon faster (since you can't run to the moon).
If it's based on pure speed though, I'd have to say Flash.
