mark-up係貨物售價與成本相差, 銷售者要於貨物成本上加個mark-up以賺取利潤. Margin就係睇你賣貨時扣除所有銷售成本後可以賺多少.Sales - Cost of sales = Gross Profit
Mark up=Gross Profit/Cost of sales
Margin=Gross Profit/Sales
將margin的數值代入算式裡:
5 - Cost of sales = 2
Cost of sales = 3
所以mark-up係2/3.
3 - Cost of Sales = 1
Cost of Sales = 2
所以mark-up係1/2.
