脫髮問題極嚴重,救各位幫幫我!! 急急急....(20點)

我是女孩子,今年18歲,是中五學生,短頭髮

我本身的頭髮算是濃密的

但在中3時,頭髮開始慢慢覺得有少少變薄,

剛開始並不懷疑有問題,因為洗頭時所脫的頭髮是跟往時一樣正常

但到了今年中五,頭髮甩多左d,頭頂的頭髮亦開始稀疏

我摸頭頂的頭髮時,會感到痛(只是頭頂)

但我爸爸頭髮濃密,媽媽是中等厚度,應該不會是遺存吧?

由中三到現在,我只是拉過兩次負離子和染過兩次頭髮(時間都隔得好開下)

應該是跟這些有關嗎?但整完好耐都冇問題..,

另外,會不會跟我的生活習慣有關呢?

我身體屬於寒底,還是我因為要考會考壓力太大呢?

我先前常常頭痛,會有關係嗎?

我甩出來的頭髮髮根有粒白色物體癡住髮根,是不是阻塞毛孔?

還有,我有食辣野習慣...,但不算太辣

究竟我是什麼原因令頭髮稀疏呢?

請各位真係要幫幫我,無論是甚麼辦法、資料都給小妹留下吧!
