這句My favourite food is..有沒有錯呢?

My favourite food is sushi and oranges. 這句句子有沒有文法上的錯誤呢?

文法上的錯誤
(1) In the sentence, there are two types of food (food here is an uncountable noun) - sushi and oranges. Therefore we do not use 'is' and have to use its plural form 'are'. 'oranges' is correctly used here as a type of food.(see reference web below for example)
(2) On the other hand 'sushi' and 'oranges' are two different foods (food here is a countable noun). Therefore use 'My favourite foods' is better than 'My favourite food'.(see reference web below for example)

The sentence is better written like this:

你這句用' is ' 並沒有錯,因為句中主詞' food ' 在文法上是總括名詞或集合名詞 (collective noun )。但 ' oranges ' 就不需加 's ' 了。

但假如句子寫作 " sushi and orange are(有 both之意存在) my favourite food ." 又對了, 因這時句子的動詞' are ' 是用以形容或上應句子前的兩個名詞,兩種東西, 所以文法就這句子的結構就對了。 反之原句的動詞是用作形容或上應該句的一個總括名詞,一種東西,所以要用 ' is ' 了。

Should change to:
My favourite food are sushi and oranges.
Although sushi are uncountable, there are two kind of food.

My favourite food ARE sushi and oranges.
因為有兩種野食, 所以要用are.
