現在想透過澳洲技術移民於澳洲工作加定居
想問問怎樣可以完成?

There are a few problem.

To get Australian PR by Skill migration, you will need to pass a point test and assessed to be eligible to Migrate to Australia.

DO bear in mind, the labour government has already cutted th yearly GSM quota from 75,000 to 25,000 so it will be EXTREMELY for you to get Australian PR.

Let just do a little pre-lim point test first, shall we.

Age : 30 points (25y/o)
Skill : 50 points (Hospitality Specialist)
IELTS : Unknown (All papers 6.0+ - 15 points, All paper 7.0 + - 25 points)
Working experience : 5 points (3 years experience for a 50 points skill)

Grand total - 100(Min)/110(Max) points. Passing mark : 120

As you can see, you did not pass the test.

Now the hard part, you will not have enough points even if you have studied in Australia. I shall tell you why.

讀degree或master .. which one is better?

Not much of any different, as you will be 5 points shot either way you do.

You can try and study a bachelor degree but in the end, you get 5 more points for australian qualification only, tho technically you can change your subject/discipline but then you will lost the vital 5 points from working experience (Working experience must be related to your nominated skill)

You cannot study a Master degree alone to claim it under GSM system, a Master degree must be last at least for 2 academic years, so unless you study Master by Research (Which is not avaliable in your stream) you will need to do a Bachelor degree to claim it under GSM scheme.

The problem is, when you done all the bachelor and master together, you will be already 30 years old, and then you will not get 30 points for ages, you will only get 25 points. So in the end, you are 5 points short again.

Not to pour water into your flame, but from the way i see it, you get better chance if you find a job in Hotel Industry in Australia and wait for them to get you your PR via Employment is greater than you apply Skill Migration Alone, and Australian Hotel don't usually hire oversea resident......

THanks for your details answer.As you mentioned at above, i better find a job rather than skill test .However hotel industrial seldom hire oversea resident, is that mean i am hopeless in this purpose ? anyother way? or is that any industrial would be easier for hire oversea resident? like casino ?
