cant delete MP4

Sometimes the program may keep the file opened, so you can't do things like delete it (because it is in use)
But usually you can open it, because player will usually open it in share mode.

To delete it, open your downloader and quit the job, or stop the downloader totally. Sometimes it wont go away until you close your browser too. If it still doesn't work, reboot your machine, and open the file manager to delete it before you open your browser.
