2)代替之前講過的事物.

用法1)的例子 : I would like to tell you that the cheque has been sent to Peter. 意思是: 我想告訴你支票已交給彼得。

用法2)的例子 : Mary has been killed yesterday... Have I told you that?
意思是: 瑪莉昨天已經被殺...我有沒有告訴你 (指她被殺這件事) 嗎?
