NL East, hands down. Halladay and Santana in the same rotation? Now that's just scary. Plus the line up is the most potent of all the divisions.

Either the NL West (though Clayton Kershaw should probably be in the rotation and Reynolds and Sandoval should swap positions) or the AL West (though Franklin Gutierrez should play center field over Hunter and Andrew Bailey should be the closer).

AL East is already the best division in baseball. The Yankees and Red Sox contain a large percentage of the top talent in baseball while the Rays have a great farm system. This is not even a fair question.
