Q1 : I think that.........( is OK )........不用加do....兩個v不妥.
.......Do I think that.........? 問句才用do作aux.
Q2 : kind 名詞解:種類.....以後名詞之前記得加 [ article ] = a kind of......

Better wirite it as:
Motorbike racing is risky.
Motorbike will endanger your life.
Motorbike racing is risky.
Motorbike will endanger your life.
