It surprises me that they won the game.此句文法方面沒問題‧It surprises me that they won the game.=I am surprised that they won the game.= To my surprise,they won the game.

不用加 is 因為 surprises 的後面有加了s了. surprises 的原型動詞是 surprise ,後面沒有加 s ,而 It 是第三人稱、單數,所以 surprise 的後面才會加 s ,如果加 is 的話會變成:It is surprising me......變成加 ing 的現在式了...
所以應該是對的
PS.原型動詞 是指動詞原本的型態

我忘了...It surprises me that they won the game.後面they won the game中的 won 是win的過去式,因此時間是過去的,surprises要改成surprised(過去式),正確的句子:It surprised me that they won the game.

這句是文法是對的, surprise是動詞,it主動.(它驚訝了我)
如果加了is,會變成被動.
It is surprised (by) me. 不加by文法不對,但變成了它被我驚訝,邏輯不合.
It surprises me that they won the game.雖然文法對了,但是語意不對.
用的是現在式表示是永不改變的狀態.很少人會被一直驚奇到吧(卡到陰?)
還是說你每次聽到都會感到突如其來的驚訝?(怎麼看還是卡到陰)
所以應該用過去式,表示是當時的狀態,已經過去了,哪怕那是一秒鐘以前的事.

所以這句應該是沒問題的
