Depends what you mean, Mexico is richer in murder, drugs, hate, and future MMA fighters.India is richer in culture, wisdom, and population.

yikes...i think a better question is which is poorer. India will have more money in total, but theres a billion people in india. india has a pretty clearly defined caste system and the people that are broke are FLAT broke. in mexico, theres rich and poor but the poor can still get food. poor people in india can starve to death. an ever better question than either of those is who has a better overall quality of life?

India is a very old country with a lot of people so you would think they would be richer but that's not necessarily the case. Their government is as shitty as Mexicos and they work really hard at keeping the poor, well, poor just like Mexico. They have a cast system. The rich or nerdy ones you see here in the U.S come from money. Indians were also servants to the British so they work really hard in academics to compensate for inferiority issues and they suck at sports, have arranged marriages and thus have little distraction from school.
