這可以用 it has been a long time 的句型:
It has been a long time since I last took a long vacation or went abroad for sightseeing.
或 It is a long time since...

I have not had long holidays for a long time, have not gone abroad for a walk for a long time either.

我已經很久沒有放長假了，也很久沒有出國走走了。
I haven't been on a long vacation for quite a while, neither have I had any leisurely trip out of the country.

I haven't taken an extended vacation for a while, and haven't gone abroad for a long time.

應該是：
I wasn't go to have a vacation and go to another country for a long time.
