Yes, I believe they will turn some heads next season like to 06 Tigers, or the 08 Rays. Adding some of the players they have can change some around. Hopefully they do well,

From their 59-103 record last season, yes, I think so. They have made many moves this offseason, like Capps, Pudge Rodriguez, Kennedy, & Wang. They'll be a improved team.
