Who is the best pitcher of the Decade? 2000 - 2009?

I want to say Halladay but can he win if his team never made a playoff run? I can't even recall a playoff appearance? Early 2000's?

Johnson has a few rings but wasn't a full decade (2000-2007?)
Schilling same as Johnson.
Why not Beckett? He lead the Sox and the Marlins to a championship? Was playing the entire decade?

What about Pedro? His 2000 season was one of the best ever.

Its close between Pedro Martinez, Randy Johnson and maybe Roy Halladay. I think its more between Pedro and Randy because of how dominant they were, even if they didn't keep it up as long as Doc.
