意思上的分別

Key意思是重要的(very important and having a lot of influence on other people or things)。
Factors意思是因素(facts or situations which influence the result of something)。
Key Factors就是重要的因素。
舉例 :
The economy is regarded as the key factor which will determine the outcome of the general election.

Key success factors是成功的重要事實或環境因素(the very important and influential facts or situations which influence the successful result of someone or something.)。

Reasons是原因(the cause of an event or situation or something which provides an excuse or explanation)。
舉例 :
The reason for the disaster was engine failure, not human error.
Reasons for success 是 解釋成功的原因( causes which provide an explanation for the successful result of someone or something)。

Key success factors 和Reasons for success 意思相似，但不同處是Key success factors 比較注重事實，而Reasons for success比較注重解釋。

'factor'是由'fact事實'而來，指'fact or situation事實或環境因素'。
'reason'是'explanation of the cause 解釋...的原因'。

Key Success Factors的重點是成功的要素或要點，列出的是要在某事上成功的先決條件；亦可以是一些基本的重要因素構成增加成功的可能性。

Reasons for Sucess的重點是去解釋在某事上達到成功的因果關係。當然應該有一些先決條件和基本構成成功的因素，但更重要是列出成功的關鍵所在是甚麼。

從寫作上來講，key success factors一般是寫一些學術或商業的成功理論，reasons for success是寫一篇個人成功的傳記。
