First of all, multiply the bracket by 11 so that the equation looks simpler. You'll get:
11x + 121/9 - 9

It would be even better if you multiply the whole equation by 9 to get rid of the fraction:
99x + 121 - 81

Now just add up the 121 & -81:
99x + 40

Hope I Helped!
Good Luck :)

well you do 11times x wich is 11x then 11 times 11/9 wich is 13.44 -p so its 11x+13.44-9 so its 13.44-9-11 x=-6.56

to expand the bracket you would times 11 by whats inside the bracket: 11*x + 11*(11/9) which will give u: 11x+121/9
then u subtract the 9 from the 121/9

FINAL ANSWER= 11x + (40/9)

11(x + 11/9) - 9
= 11(x) + 11(11/9) - 9
= 11x + 121/9 - 9
= 11x + 121/9 - 81/9
= 11x + 40/9

11 x + 121 / 9 - 81 / 9

11 x + 40/9
