Let A be a rectangle with length 20 , width 4
then the perimeter of A = 2 x (20+4) = 48
the area of A = 20 x 4 = 80
Let B be a square with side 10 ,
then the perimeter of B = 4 x 40 = 40
the area of B = 10 x 10 = 100
The perimeter of A = 48 is longer than B = 40 ,
but the area of A = 80 is NOT larger than B = 100.
