✔ 最佳答案
睽 別 家 園 歲 月 多,
不 知 家 內 若 如 何,
昨 宵 一 夢 真 端 的,
今 日 人 傳 信 不 訛。
Having departed from home for so many years,
I wonder how things are now at home;
the dream last night seemed so real,
that I do believe the same message from verb of mouth today.

In the last line, the word "信" should mean the verb "believe" rather than the noun "letter". In classical Chinese I think the author would have used "書, or 家書" if he had intended to mean "letter from home". Logically, if it is a written letter, there is no reason for him to doubt it.

correction:
It is "word of mouth", not "verb of mouth".
