From the equation NaHCO3 + HCl → NaCl + H2O + CO2

1 mole of HCl needs 1 mole of NaHCO3 for complete neutralization.

So no. of moles of HCl = No. of moles of NaHCO3 = 2 x 10 = 20

Thus, mass of NaHCO3 needed = 20 x (23 + 1 + 12 + 3 x 16) = 1680 g
