Well, actually, Canada Did not have an individual racial discrimination law per se. Anti-Discrimination Act is included in 5 different Chapter within Canadian Constitution and Bill of Right.

Canadian Charter of Human Right and Freedom
Canadian Employment Equality Act
Canadian Human Right Act
Ontarian with Disability Act
Quebec Charter of Human Right and Freedom.

Technically speaking if you are being discriminated against any sort or form, you can procescute the party who discriminate you.

There are no federation in Canadian Government so there are no Federal Agency you can seek help to (Canadian is a Republic, not a Federation) if you really want to sue the party of guilt, the only way is to hire a lawyer and start working.

The Federal government is not a United States Type "Federal State" government.

Usually in criminal proceeding, it is a state or public prosecurtor sue on behalf of the government.
