Is the ice melting on the streets now at DC?

All the major streets (e.g., Massachusetts, Constitution, Independence, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Rock Creek Parkway, numbered expressways) are clear now with very little to no ice on the roadways. Residential streets are more variable with some that haven't been plowed but that number is decreasing as snow removal crews catch up. Today's temps approached 40 so helped with melting on sidewalks and side streets. Tomorrow should be more of the same. There is possible snow in the forecast for Monday so you'll want to watch for that.
