I understand the pronoun of a ship should be "she",
but if my ship has a male name, such as Louis XIV,
so, which pronoun I should use, He or She ?
Yes, it is customary to use the pronoun 'she' for a ship even in the case of one with a male name such as Bismarck,
"Bismarck only took part in one operation during her brief career. She and the heavy cruiser Prinz Eugen ..."---

However in the case Poseidon, a male god, the pronoun 'it' is used,
"A few minutes past 9:00 p.m. on December 26, the Poseidon is overturned when it has the misfortune of being directly above the location of an undersea earthquake."--

It seems that there is some flexibility in using 'it' instead of 'she' in the case of a ship with a male name.
Furthermore, for another ship with a male god name the Titanic, both pronouns 'she' and 'it' are used in the same article,
"The RMS Titanic was an Olympic-class passenger liner owned by the White Star Line and was built at the Harland and Wolff shipyard in Belfast, Ireland. At the time of her construction, she was the largest passenger steamship in the world.......The Titanic was designed by some of the most experienced
engineers, and used some of the most advanced technology available at
the time. It was popularly believed to have been unsinkable."--

Based on the above , if your ship has a male name such as Louis XIV, use 'she'.
if you think 'she' can cause a seeming gender confusion, it is quite safe to use 'it' instead
