Best superhero of all times?

My favorite superhero is probably Batman I grew up with the character and I like the detective and mob aspects of his story lines. But my favorite villain at this time would probably have to be Norman Osborn's Iron patriot thing going on. The story of him as the director of H.A.M.M.E.R is just written to well.

Marvel : Wolverine (Coolest X-Man plus super healing powers are a plus)

DC : Batman (Coolest DC Super Hero as his costume design is great [not the 60s one] and is one of the few heroes that has no super powers.)
