Old Cartoon network racing show?

Im trying to find an old TV show i watched back in the day on Cartoon Network. I know it had to be made in the 2000s. I watched it in like 04 or 05. The story is about this kid who like didn't get his drivers license and he goes into this racing world. He then races these other people and each episodes they compete for some upgrade or something to their car. In the end the kid wins and he gets his driving license with his dad. If you could find it, that would be awesome!
