Which law school is better - U of Alberta or U of Victoria?

I am an exchange student, now having two offers- one from U of A (1 term) and one from UVic (1 year). Could anyone tell me the differences between the two and which is better in terms of 1/ study 2/ location 3/activities? Thanks a lot! : )
