為什麼通脹及通縮都令普羅大眾受苦?

簡單點說，通脹會令物價飄升，假如工資最不上通脹步伐的話，市民的生活就會變得辛苦；相反，通縮會令物價向下，不過同時經濟會倒退，沒有增長的話，經濟會變差。

deflation is the price level decrease. therefore, the labour will drop by the investor will investing to in bank for the high IR rate.
