首先第一句,睇落去怪怪的因為個HELD，因為成句主要意思係HOLD,你把HOLD寫成PAST PARTICIPLE係唔應該.
第二句,有冇任何會議將會舉行在ABC公司.意思上有問題,
因為係問有冇會議在ABC公司開,而不是ABC公司有冇會開.


應該如下,
please confirm if ABC company has any meeting.

可能你想得太複雜了。

Perhaps you can consider the one as below:

#2 is OK. Please confirm if there will be any meeting held in the ABC Company.
You don't have to use "Question mark" at the end of the sentence because this is not a question.
