單按文法而言：1. 她是第三身單數，所以不可以寫she give，而要寫she gives。
2. 句子的give已是一個動詞，所以在句後的is不可以寫作is。不然的話，一個單句內便有兩個動詞。to give sb a feeling 之後要寫副句（即that...）或者加of和名詞／名詞句。
3. 由於句中的feeling並非指定性，所以冠詞要用a而非the。
你可以寫：
She gives me a feeling that she is very shy.
She gives me a feeling of her being very shy.
上面有答者說你可以寫I feel that she is shy；這個說法沒錯，不過要注意的是句子的重點就不同了。在說I feel that she is shy時，重點是在「我」，動作是「想」，「她是害羞」只是說「我想」甚麼。而當你說She gives me...時，重點是在「她」，動作是「給」，「我」只是一個受者，重要性相對地低了很多。
to give sb a feeling 不可算作港式英語。

好有問題。不過你寫得出咁都好難解釋比你知錯在甚麼地方，不如寫句啱英文又跟你意思相同的句字給你參考。
My impression about her is that she is very shy! [FORMAL]

第一個問題係一句句子只可以有一個動詞, give 同 is 都係動詞, 需要有連接詞(例如and/but等) 來連接, 或者用that/which 帶出另一個clause (子句)!
第二個問題是港式英語! 她給我的感覺係..... 外國人不會這樣說的. 樓上李玲博士寫的最好亦最地道, 即 I feel that she is shy. 就算要堅持用港式結構, 我都認為該用 Impression (印象) 而不是 feeling!
