見工對答一問(英文!!)

This is what usually happens during a job interview,

1. You will be asked to introduce yourself - about your qualitfication, your experience, your hobbies etc.
2. Questions about the detail of your responsbilities in your work experience - to confirm if your ability fits with this opening.
3. General questions about your stregth, your weakness, your vision (what do you see yourself in 3 to 5 years), what is your ambition, why do you think you are the best choice among other candidates, your interpersonal skills (how do you get along with other people), problem solving skills etc.
4. The interviewer may explain to you what their company does and then you may also be asked some questions about product knowledge, job responsibilities involved to confirm if you are interested in and have ability for this position.
5. Lastly, they ask you if you have any questions about the opening to find out if you have prepared before coming to the interview and is really interested.
