There has to be other conditions, otherwise there will be many solutions.
One solution is when a=b=c then 1+1/a=cube root of 2
and a=b=c=3.847

If they are all positive integers, there can be some different sets of solutions:
(2,5,9), (2,6,7), (2,4,15), (3,3,8) and (3,4,5)

If only one equation but 3 variables, where will be infinitely many solutions for a, b and c.
