Yes, Nethersole Hospital is just next to Tai Po Hospital. You can take 265S, get off at Fu Hang estate, Yee Nga Court, then continue walking the direction that you get off the bus and you should see the hospital, but this bus just service between 06:40-07:15 on Monday to Saturday. Fare: $13.3You can take Light Rail/West Rail to Yuen Long Station, then walk to Sun Yuen Long Centre bus stop, you can get 64K, get off at On Chueng Road, then walk to Tai Po Super plaza Zond D, there is a Bus stop and you can get 71K and get off at Nethersole Hospital, or you can walk there after you got off from 64K, it takes about 15-20 minutes for walking.
