There really isn't a direct way of going to Georgetown U., as not many buses service the university. And there is no Metro station near Georgetown U either.
Both Megabus and Bolt Bus will drop you off in a large parking lot near 10th and H streets NW. If you have a lot of luggage, you may wish to take a cab. If you walk to 11th Street NW (the opposite side from where you enter the parking lot on 9th Street), you can probably catch a cab pretty easily. DC now uses meters, but the cabs are not nearly as nice as NYC cabs. Still, they'll get you to where you need to go.
You can also catch the Circulator (
