Discuz!論壇架設問題

我架了一個 論壇
現在出現了一個問題 就是在申請帳號 發表文章時
都會出現一個白色的畫面 上面寫著一堆英文
內容是

Similar error report has beed dispatched to administrator before.
請問是哪裡出了問題???

還有一個問題...我在安裝設定 AL8 首頁四格 的時候 有成功在首頁出現 最新發表文章 這個視窗

但是我在發表新文章時 他卻沒有出現在 最新發表文章的框框中
這個問題是出在哪裡呢???

麻煩各位大大幫幫小弟我
