A typhoon destroys a large amount of farm products in Guangdong
will led to an decrese in supply of Guangdong's farm product , so the supply curve will shift leftward, then the price of Guangdong's farm product will increase and the quantity will decrease.

As Hong Kong's farm product(vegatable) and Guangdong's farm product are substitutes ,an decrease in supply of Guangdong's farm product will led to an increase in demand of Hong Kong's farm product (vegatable) .

As a result, the demand curve of Hong Kong's farm product(vegatable) will shift rightward, so the price and quantity will also increase.

Hope it will help you!
