(急問)親戚關係證明

小弟剛在澳洲畢業,想透過舅舅(澳洲citizen)申請移民, 但係原來舅舅在中國出世, 所以冇出出世紙, 而我和我媽都在hk出世, 那請問怎麼再能證明我和舅舅的關係呢?

Actually, it is way more difficult than you think.......And mostly you will not be able to use your relationship to apply sponsorship. Let me explain why.

There is a section (About a page) of PR Applicaiton form for applicant to name all the relative he or she have. Your name (Or your mother/father name) must be on that list to apply for sponsorship.

If either your's, your mother or your father name is not preivously declare, there are nothing you can do to claim relationship between you and your uncle.

You can do a statutory declaration in Civil Affair Department but Australian Government will not accept that as a legal proof. Cos anyone can say heis your uncle, not necessarily blood related.
