[文法]名詞子句之間接問句選擇文法

先談一二兩題

作選擇題時 先觀察明顯的線索

第一題句尾是句號 表示句子的主要部分是敘述句 所以只有 c, d 可能對
接著看時間或動詞 題幹結尾的now 為現在時間 所以 c 對

第二題 ※你認為他最喜歡哪件襯衫?
問話的人想打聽的是: 哪件襯衫? 所以疑問詞要先說清楚: Which shirt?

如果問的是 ※你認為他最喜歡這件黑襯衫嗎? 才用Do you think來問"是不是?": Do you think (that) he likes this black shirt best?

第三句其實是片語的用法 [X has something to do with Y]
拆開原句:
I could not understand / what that had to do with having green and red hair.
=(a) I could not understand one thing.
(b) What did that have to do with having green and red hair?

(a)的one thing 意義上就是指(b)句 所以可以把整個(b)代入one thing 的位置
再來 (b)成了understand的受詞 所以原本的問句結構要改成敘述句結構:
[wh-word + 主詞 + 動詞 +...]
在這裡就是 [what that did have...]
最後 把did have合併為正常的敘述句動詞had 就大功告成了!!

[X has something to do with Y] : X和Y有關係(1, 2, 3); X要為Y負起責任(3)

例如:
1. Jane: What does Sue's husband do? Sue的先生做哪ㄧ行的?
Ellie: I think it has something to do with computers. 我猜是跟電腦有關的吧

2. That's your problem. It has nothing to do with me. 那是你的事, 跟我ㄧ點關係都沒有

3. He claims that he has nothing to do with the accident, but I know he has something to do with it. 他說自己與那場意外無關, 但是我知道他該負責

4. She thinks Joe's a liar and she refuses to have anything with him. 她認為Joe會說謊, 所以她不想跟Joe扯上關係

原句意思:
我不懂, 那跟頭髮是紅色是綠色有啥關係?

1. The tenses are wrong for (d) which should read "was" not "is now".
(a) and (b) are both questions so it would be "now?" not "now".
So the answer must be (c)

2. This is easy.
(b) is gibberish, so the answer must be (a).

3. Again easy.
For (a) to be correct the sentence would have to end with something like "... why you had red and green hair".
So the answer must be (b).

最後一題選what還有一個關鍵處，就是在填這種解答時，我們必須看畫線(空格)的前後有無線索
這題在understand之後沒有"先行詞"，所以，必須選what，例如：
(What) money can't buy is happiness.
Please pay attention to (what) your teacher says.
因此，這題在understand後面如果出現the reason等字眼，您當然就可以選why了
