2ac + bc - 2bd - 4ad
= (2ac + bc) - (2bd + 4ad)
= c(2a + b) - 2d(b + 2a)
= c(2a + b) - 2d(2a + b)
= (2a + b)(c - 2d)

c ( 2a + b ) - 2 d ( 2 a + b )

( 2 a + b ) ( c - 2 d )

2ac-4ad-2bd+bc
2a (c-2d) -b (2d+c)

Take common factors of pairs > c(2a + b) -2d(b + 2a) but the brackets are the same so take that as a common factor and (2a + b)[c -2d] is factorised fully. NB It's NOT an equation, only an expression.
