需要打一封email給工廠,訂單已在9月15日發出,並在10月27日T/T付清款項,但到現在多次追查工廠還未出貨,如在一星期內未有出貨通知,請工廠安排退款,我司跟另一家公司訂購!

Our order had been sent to you on 15 September with our payment by T/T on 27 October. And, we had urged you several time for the delivery of goods since then. If the goods are not delivered within a week, we have to cancel the order and please let us have your refund for the amount we had paid you. We regret that we have to place our order to another supplier.
