It's very useful experience for me in servering our customers and dealing with complain.

Besides, I just completed the PBE examination [不用in的] last year and will be attending the Qualified Programmer course held by HKICPA in coming April. All these valuable experiences enhanced my knowledge and help me to solve the problems effectively and smoothly.

Currently, I am working in a Japanese forwarder company as an accounting officer. The main duties are to handle daily accounting works, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, reply and follow up customer and head-office inquiries. Moreover, I have been doing the counter works in the mornings since April last year. The experience of serving our customers and dealing with complaints will be very useful in my future career.
