Are Hanley Ramirez and Manny Ramirez brothers?

Ok im an 11 year old girl and ive been in love with baseball ever since i went with my family to a marlins game at dolphin stadium when i was 5 and a half shocking right every boy at my school thinks so.I was reading a book from school "The Big Field" by Mike Lupica and on page 15 they said they were brothers i never thought about it but now i want to know so i asked one of my guy friends and he said they were twins not identical but still hes crazy! i looked it up online 3 websites and on one of them it said they are brothers on the other two they said NO WAY i want to know

Little known fact it very difficult to be twins when you have differing birth dates and different parents. They can only be clones in best case scenario.
