how to keep the temperature of a bunsen burner flame constant?

how about if I want to keep the temperature at a particular degree (i.e. 60 ºc) ?

You can turn it to blue flame(open the air hole).

It is because yellow flame is incompletely burning(carbon).

If more carbon not burnt,the temperature is lower.

In blue flame ,since it have more oxygen to burn,it will burn completely,the temperature will become constant.

chanmarcochan ,you say you can turn the air hole fully open. But the air hole fully open will cause strike back!

If you want a particular degree, you can open the gas tap or air hole in special formula.

e.g. half open the gas tap,air hole open 1/10
