how to get my housemate's boyfriend not to sleep over.?

i talked to my housemate about this problem having her boyfriend sleeping over already and she promised to bring him over when i'm not home. It's only a week that she kept this promise and now she's bring him sleeping over everyday again. I find it really annoying. i talked to her nicely about this already but it's not working. What should i do? should i just talk to her meanly about it?

Why don't you like her BF sleeping over? Are they loud? Is he messy? Does he sit in your favorite chair? Or is it that you might just be a little jealous?

Regardless of the reason, I think it's only fair that if the BF is going to be sleeping there every night that he contribute to the rent / mortgage...or your friend should be paying 2/3. I'm sure he's eating, watching TV, and using water while he's there. Why wouldn't he help contribute to the expenses then?

If you approach your housemate with that reasoning, she may take the hint, or even move out. If not, there's really not much action you can take other than moving out yourself. But, I think you really need to look at why you find this "really annoying". The problem may not be entirely with your housemate.

definite, it appears like you're. He would not understand you! he's using you for holidays and rides to artwork and it would not sound like he's planning any type of destiny with you. snoozing interior of an same mattress with all people except you ought to be thoroughly absurd yet curiously he's making it look familiar or suitable....its no longer! i imagine you've already stuck on to the right theory, in basic terms ought to form it out from there. good success.

just say it right in front of both of them

or just really get on their nerves when he's over

He is not part of the lease agreement or your "roommate" agreement. So technically she is breaking her contract with you. If you have the lease in your name, you can warn her about the lease agreement and nicely advise her that she needs to move out. She might already be planning on that anyway.

Consider splitting up with your roommate. It is not worth getting in an argument if you can avoid it. Talk to her when her boyfriend is not around. And if he is always around, try to ensure you have a witness to back you up with your conversation.

Your roommate has absolutely no care in the world for you. She only cares about what her boyfriend is doing for her.

You need to watch out for you. Bringing in a stranger to your household could easily put you in danger. Do you know his full name? Finding out if he has a criminal record is not difficult with the internet and his full name.

Proceed with caution but definitely proceed.

you should just talk to her meanly about it because clearly she has no type of respect for your words wich were serious.

You can do several things..
1- tell her if it doesn't stop you will move out
2- you can find a new housemate and throw this one out
3- make her boyfriend really uncomfortable every time he comes over
4- make him pay part of the rent

Talk to them both about it. Unless there is something in your lease about house guests, there isn't anything you can do to force her not to bring him over. The best thing you can do is be polite and hope that she tries to be more considerate. Unless you two are sharing a room, I don't see why this should be an issue though.

When he's over, get up, walk around, turn on lights, act really obnoxious. Then see if he wants to stay over anymore.

Find a compromise by talking to her or move out. Only two options you have.
