第二個正確，第一個雖然有人這樣寫，但文法有誤。Who is your best friend 本身雖然是一個文法正確的問題，但同樣的這幾個字，放在 Have you ever imagined... 這個問題內，是一個 statement（Have you ever imagined 才是真正的問題），所以要寫成 who your best friend is。
