According to the standards, different age groups have different limits.

For adults (age over 12), consume 1000mg of sodium daily is recommended, but do not exceed 2000mg, because this may increase the risk of any health problems.

For childrens (age under 12), the daily consumption of sodium should be 2/3 or even half of that of adults, the upper limit is about 1200mg.

Be aware of some foods have added a large amount of salts which includes sodium, just like packed nuts snacks.

Eating salty is no good for your health.

過量攝取鈉質會引致高血壓、心臟病、腎衰竭等,故食得太鹹絕無益處。

每日1000mg,不可以多過3000mg. 很多加工食品都有納, 我們要計算在內.
